Survey Service-Specific Privacy Notice

📋 This notice applies to your use of the platform's survey task service. Please read the following carefully before participating in any survey tasks. By checking the consent box for the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this specific notice.

I. Data Shared with Third Parties

When you click to participate in a survey task, the system redirects you to a third-party survey platform. During this process, the following data may be transmitted to the third party:

⚠️ Anonymous mode is enabled by default. The platform transmits randomly generated de-identified identifiers rather than your real username or user ID. The platform will not proactively share your phone number, email, password, or other account information with third-party survey platforms.

II. Third-Party Survey Platforms

Our platform integrates with third-party survey/offerwall platforms including but not limited to: 51 Survey (51调查), Meeduo, Jisiba (集思吧), Liujinbao (流金宝), SurveryUnion, and others. Each platform is an independent data controller with its own privacy policy. The platform selects partner platforms based on operator configuration; specific platform information for each task can be viewed on the task details page.

The purpose of data processing by these third parties is to receive status notifications upon survey completion, enabling our platform to verify and distribute rewards to users.

III. Data Retention Period

Task Records: Your survey participation records (including entry time, completion status, reward amount) are retained for 180 days by default. Records exceeding the retention period will be automatically cleaned or anonymized.
IP Address: Full IP addresses are retained together with task records and managed accordingly.
Virtual UID Mapping: The mapping between de-identified identifiers and user identities remains valid during the task record retention period and is cleared when records are deleted.

To request early deletion of your task records, please contact us through the methods listed in "Exercise Your Rights" below.

IV. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Some third-party survey platform servers may be located outside mainland China (e.g., United States, Singapore, Hong Kong). When you participate in survey tasks on such platforms, your de-identified identifier and survey responses may be transmitted to servers abroad. The platform prioritizes partners with servers located within China. Where cross-border transfer is involved, the platform requires third-party platforms to adopt protective measures in compliance with Article 38 of the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), such as security assessments or standard contractual clauses.

V. Data Security Measures

Anonymization: Anonymous mode is enabled by default, using randomly generated virtual identifiers instead of real identity information when communicating with third parties.
Anti-Abuse Mechanisms: The platform enforces a daily entry limit per user per task (default: 1 time/day) to prevent malicious abuse.
Operation Auditing: All critical configuration changes (such as relaxing entry limits) are recorded in tamper-proof audit logs for traceability.

VI. Exercising Your Rights

In accordance with Articles 44–49 of the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), you have the following rights regarding survey task data:

Correct Errors	If you find errors in record status or rewards, submit a correction request through customer service
Delete Task Records	Submit a deletion request through customer service. The platform will process it within 30 business days upon identity verification. Note: Records with settled rewards may need to be retained until the statutory retention period expires for financial compliance.
Withdraw Consent	You may withdraw consent for third-party data sharing at any time. After withdrawal, you will no longer be able to participate in new survey tasks, but this does not affect reward distribution for previously completed tasks.
Account Deletion	Go to "Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account" and follow the instructions. After deletion, your task records will be processed according to data retention rules.
