General Points Rules

I. Introduction to Points

Points are the virtual currency of the 蓝天 platform. 10金币 equals 1美元 ($) in value (specific value may be adjusted according to promotions). Points can be used to redeem products, services, or offset cash consumption within the platform. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are only valid for use within the platform.

II. How to Use Points

Points can be used for the following purposes:

  • Redeem Products: Exchange for desired products in the points mall
  • Offset Cash: Use points to offset part of the cash payment at checkout
  • Participate in Lottery: Use points to participate in platform lottery activities
  • Upgrade Membership: Use points to redeem membership benefits
  • Purchase Services: Redeem value-added services provided by the platform

III. Points Management Rules

To maintain platform order, the following actions will be subject to corresponding measures:

  • Obtaining points through improper means is prohibited. If discovered, corresponding points will be deducted and account functions may be restricted
  • Points cannot be transferred to others and can only be used by the account holder
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn
  • When an account is closed, remaining points will be automatically清零
  • If there is a dispute over points rewards, the platform records shall prevail

IV. Points Inquiry

You can check your points balance, transaction details, and validity period in real time in your personal center. The points details include detailed records of points earned and used, making it convenient for you to manage your points.

V. Points Security

To ensure the security of your points, please keep your account information safe and do not disclose your login password, verification code, etc. to others. If you notice any abnormal changes in your points, please contact customer service immediately.

VI. Special Circumstances

Under the following circumstances, the platform has the right to adjust points rules or account points:

  • Abnormal points records due to system failures, program errors, or other technical reasons
  • Force majeure affecting the normal operation of points services
  • Laws, regulations, or policies requiring adjustment of points rules
  • Necessary adjustments to maintain the normal operation of the platform

VII. Dispute Handling

If you have any objections to the earning, use, or management of points, you can contact customer service for verification. The platform will handle the matter based on the actual situation. The final right of interpretation belongs to 蓝天.
